Coordinate and perform design and analysis efforts with Westinghouse locations in Belgium, France and US. • Co-authored Westinghouse Report, WCAP-17128-NP, “Flaw Evaluation of CE Design RCP Suction and Discharge Nozzle Dissimilar Metal Welds, Phase II Study.” A technical basis that allows continued safe operation for power plants in the study, saving millions of dollars of potential repair cost. It is also the technical basis for proposed ASME Code change, benefitting the entire nuclear power industry. • Performed stress and fatigue crack growth analyses for PWROG program for Reactor Coolant Pump Alloy 600 (Inconel) weld. • Performed ASME Code analyses for nuclear reactor components for operating and new plants (AP1000). Components include Control Rod Drive Mechanism (CRDM), piping and nozzles.• CEO/President’s Award for exceptional performance on a project, helped Westinghouse earned a bonus for early completion of the project.• Author of Millstone Unit 2 RCS tributary nozzles SWOL qualification (WCAP-16896-P, -NP); performed transient stress and weld residual stress analyses.• Evaluated reactor component design basis in support of power uprate for operating plants.• Instructor for AP1000 CRDM pressure boundary analysis (China AP1000 technology transfer).• Author of calculations, design specifications, and design reports.• QA and reviewed analyses and documentations for both Westinghouse and vendors.
