Current role activities include:Test/quality management with the Data Solutions area. Work with the Senior Quality Manager to define the overarching QA strategy for the Data Solutions area. Work with the stakeholders within the area to define estimates for individual projects. Manage third party relationships for tools and resourcing across various partners. Will work with project stakeholders to define individual project strategies when they differ from the overarching strategy. Will work with the environments team to establish the environment required for the test phases. Will work with design and development resources to ensure the QA process for the related artefacts and activities for these areas are in place.

• Core job was opening current, savings, credit card and loan accounts for new and existing customers• Was part of project team which successfully implemented a new complaints process for the Glasgow Sales team• Was part of the Quality Assurance team within LTSB which responsible for monitoring Advisor conduct when on calls to customers• Held a number of successful coaching sessions aimed at improving other advisors sales techniques • Was part of Lloyds TSB Talent Pool 2009 which involved creating a process for complaints handling with a sales team of 250+ staff
