I am currently working in KPMG Ireland. From September 2011 to June 2015 I worked as both a Financial auditor and IT auditor in the CHEC (Construction, Health, Energy and Communications) and IRM (Information Risk Management) departments. As of June 2015, I have specialised in Information Risk Management. This work involves the auditing of general information technology controls for financial systems, performing of risk assessments and assurance work.

My work at Bank of Ireland involved the management of various derivatives and the issuing of inter-bank payments.

During my time as a summer intern I was given various responsibilities and tasks. These tasks included the management of documents and files, the maintaining and updating of tax databases, the creation of financial material for the Inspector General and the writing of letters on behalf of clients for the Revenue Commissioners.
