I have completed writting and publishing the book "The Silly Things That Make Us Fat, Sick and Old"It is available on our web site: www.activityismedicine.com and on Amazon as a paper back book and as a Kindle e-book. It is the story of how I searched for the thing(s) that make us sick. In the process I found that it is not that simple. I found that the things that make us sick are not the ones we have been told. I also found that there are hormones that help heal our bodies and are made by our brain and body. These, hand full of hormones, out of the hundreds in the body are the Control Points". It turns out that we can effect these hormones by what we belive, think, do and feel can effect the amount the body manufactures. These hormones are the ones that help our body heal or when there are not enough of some and too much of others can bring about sickness. It is not enough to say "poor self concetp" can bring about sickness. You have to develop the structures to improve self concept and overcome all the bad causes.
