Pick, pack and prep orders for shipment, whether by small parcel carriers like UPS and FedEX or LTL, TL and CL for larger shipments. Meet daily requirements for shipping orders to customer need dates. Maintain accuracy of picks and shipping accuracy of at least 97%, actual total was 99.73% for the duration of time worked in this position. Use forklifts to load trucks, schedule shipments with carriers and 3PL's, schedule deliveries per customer requirements. Started in this position as a material handler, moved up into leadership role and ran the department for just over 2 years. Coordinated picks and loading with a team of 3 people working with me. Was responsible for all documentation for outbound shipments and data entry into customer supplier portal. Was certified as a HazMat handler for outbound shipments.

Pick parts for Production based on work orders and on demand requirements. Meet firewalls daily and complete all work neccessary for the following days Production requirements. Use forklift to pull and stage larger itesm such as Engines, Axles, Tires etc for Production and in the order required for build up. Key requirements were speed and accuracy of pulling parts in a timely manner. Started this position as a normal team member then worked up to assume additional responsibilities including running warehouse operations when my Supervisor was out sick or on vacation.
