Worked in PNG for Talisman, Horizon and Interoil on Land based rigs which included drilling in a challenging environment. For Tallisman and Horizon the Stanley and Nama fields involved drilling in the jungles around Kiunga with areas prone to loss circulation . For Interoil, the job involved drilling with unconventional methods including the usage of PMCD(pressurized mudcap drilling) techniques along with the aid of a dual DDV(downhole drilling valve).The operations involved drilling for gas in a highly fractured limestone reservoirs of the Antelope and Triceratops field. The job also included mentoring the juniors and new recruits to the daily rigours of the oilfield.

Worked on the Esco DS-4, a recent generation drill ship with dynamic positions drilling highly challenging wells for BP-Brasil in water depths ranging from 1300m to 2750m.

Worked as a Data Engineer analyst for clients Interoil in PNG and Exxon-Mobil in Bass-Straits Austrailia. Introduced the initial version of Geonext 1.09 software and was instrumental in setting up the job in the remote location of PNG

Worked as Unit Manager in charge of full suite of service delivery of mudlogging services including Early Kick Detection in HPHT environment while working for client SHELL Brunei and Malaysia.

Worked on Development wells on the swamp barge for Total in Balikpapan, Indonesia. Worked on Land jobs for Vico and Chevron on offshore jobs in Balikpana in Indonesia.

Promoted to Data Engineer and worked for clients such as AGIP-AENR, AGIP-NAE, & AGIP-NAOC on Development and Completion wells in Nigeria.

Rejoined the Oil Industry and worked in Nigeria for clients such as Brass Petroleum, Exxon-Mobil, Total-Fina-Elf,and AGIP-AENR.

Sold Time share Vacations

Worked as a Mud logger for clients such as UNOCAL, VICO in Indonesia & KNOC in Korea on offshore and onshore jobs. During this time worked on the SEDCO-601 & SEDCO-602 which were semi-subs but drilled using a Surface BOP. Developed considerable experience skills related to cuttings & core sample collection, description, labeling, and storage techniques in a fast drilling environment.

Joined OFI (Oilfield Instrumentation), located at Thane and worded as Mud logger in the Bombay Offshore area for client ONGC.
