Designed and installed aircraft placards, validated flight manuals, stress reports and deviation logs for Gulf Stream aircraft per Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) specifications.Worked closely with with engineering groups and Gulf Stream customers, to incorporate redline drawings into finalized schematics and blueprints for each aircraft.

Applied electrical and mechanical knowledge, to ensure quality design and build of four Engineering Manufactoring Development (EMD), CV22 & MV22 flight test aircraft.Tested and intetgrated instrumentation systems, avionics componets, ( MIL-STD-1553) data bus software per engineering requirements and government standards.Coordinated with engineering groups to perform electrical and hydraulic functional testing and installations with software system checkouts for Multi-Functionl Displays ( MFD) and Flight Control Computers (FCC).

Performed electrical system to componet level repair of rotary-wing aircraft, avionics hardware, software installs, flight cintrol systems and aircraft/crew survivability equipment.Performed micro-minature repair of muli-layer/surface mounts, intergrated wire assemblies, flight controls and avionics system componets.
