North Sea

• Inspecting live lines where there are known issues due to previous pin hole leaks.
• Removing all corrosion scale on live lines (Crude, Diesel, Fuel Gas, Kerosene, Propane and Butane) as per Valero procedures not breaching the Minimum Allowable Wall Thickness (MAWT)
• Coordinating all activities on the Jetty work scope, including Phased Array, Rope Access Netting, Blasting/ Painting and the removal and reinstatement of insulation in a timely manner.
• Calculating MAWT then issuing IOA32 for blasting on live lines as per Valero procedure.
• Highlighting any areas that have breached MAWT and liaising with on-site engineer to discuss the repair or temporary wraps required and communicate with the repair contractor.
• Monitoring live line blasting throughout and checking any areas that are close to the MAWT while the blast is on-going, also identifying any areas requiring re-blast

Offshore Aberdeen

• Liaising with Onshore Inspection team on a regular basis, marking up work packs (WKPs) and isometrics for on-going RBI scopes.
• Coordinating all RBI activities for the offshore day/night’s teams, meeting deadlines on weekly basis.
• Reviewing all reports daily, checking techniques, procedures and content.
• Performing and supervising NDT and Rope Access work offshore using techniques including Ultrasonic Testing; Eddy Current Inspection; Magnetic Particle Inspection and Dye Penetrant Inspection.
• Produce detailed reports with isometrics or sketches showing the areas inspected and the results obtained.
• Liaising with offshore team to create risk assessments for all tasks for each discipline.

Offshore Aberdeen

• Performing rope access services, NDT inspections and ultrasonic inspections on various oil and gas installations & FPSOs in the North Sea.
• Eddy current DNV Ballast tank and Crane inspections.
• UT surveys on pipe work and pressure vessels using compression and shear wave.
• MPI and Eddy Current Inspection of Welded Areas.
• Dye Penetrant Inspections of stainless-steel materials.

Sweden

• Carrying out repairs on Siemens wind turbines, dismantling platforms on levels 8 & 9, repairing the design flaw before reinstating platforms, using rope access techniques.
• Performing NDT and rope access work on wind turbines in Sweden, report writing and detailed drawings.

Offshore Aberdeen

• Performing NDT and Rope Access work offshore using techniques including Ultrasonic Testing; Eddy Current Inspection; Magnetic Particle Inspection and Dye Penetrant Inspection on BP ETAP and coordinating all fabric.
• Reviewing 1 week and 6-week CAP plans ensuring all set deadlines were met, and where possible utilising time management and planning skills to order to conclude work scopes prior to deadline, being a cost-effective.
• Reviewing 1-week core plan to ensure CUI/FM work scope can be achieved in keeping with 1 week- and 6-week time schedule.
• Attending weekly FM/CUI video conference.
• Jobsite visits with STL. Verifying work scope and resolving issues on work site if needed.
• Logging databases and keeping trackers up to date.
