IT Project Lead – I am accountable for managing the delivery of critical IT project scopes, and for providing managerial support for all the projects conducted by the company. Also responsible for providing monthly financial and technical updates of any known issues/risks to Senior Manager. Duties: • Preparing project initiation documentation including case studies and presentation to senior management. • Responsible for costing, planning and management of project scopes. • Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained with suppliers and the use of internal and external resources. • Maintaining and completing key performance indicators. • Tracking activities against the detailed project plan. • Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets. • Organising and facilitating project steering committees. • Onsite management of project teams and reporting as required. • Generating work packages and work instructions. IT Service Delivery Lead – Responsible for day to day administration of support call and vendor SLA. Maintenance of desktop, server hardware and software, network and security. Duties: • Managing technical helpdesk staff and field engineers. • Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies. • Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair. • Report on required budgets for yearly expenditure. • Reporting to IT Director & Senior management. • Involved in recruitment process and training of new staff. • Writing documentation for ICT procedures, security and disaster recovery. • Management of change request for users, function & system. • Management of 3rd line support calls with vendors and track SLA. • Carry out 1st line support calls if required by sick leave etc.

IT Engineer – Responsible for supporting the company’s clients at all levels as part of the IT team, mainly supporting ERP solutions. Ensuring that all hardware and software is configured and installed to best practice. Duties • ERP/Thin client and messaging design and installations. • Working with customers to implement ERP Solutions. Mainly Microsoft Dynamics, Axapta & Great Plains. • Manage and participate in 1st/2nd & 3rd line support calls. • Travelling to client sites for installation, deployment and troubleshooting. • Microsoft Solutions IT trainer, running courses within customer office for ERP and back end MS products. • Microsoft and other vendor licensing expert.

IT Manger – Responsible for the management of helpdesk and field engineers supporting Grampian health board general practice medical groups. Duties • Managing a team of over 14 technical staff. • Managing the support of over 150 servers and 2500 PCs over 100 sites. • Manage the IT budgets and expenditure. • Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies.
