Deliver training on Job Evaluation Systems, Job Description Writing and act as an assessor/moderator for programs;Lead and conduct job evaluation projects at various clients, ensuring alignment to organisational strategy and conforming to prescribed legislation and governance codes;Analyse and recommend rewards programs to clients by reviewing employee requirements and trends best practice in reward;Develop and implement appropriate remuneration and reward models for clients;Check all data input by conducting comparative analysis via various benchmarking surveys to ensure accuracy; and develop policies or processes for resolving shortcomings in the remuneration framework;Research current market trends and make decisions by analysing reward options and predicting future costs; Propose change management documentation formats to be assimilated to employees by designing materials, hosting workshops and roadshows as part of change management;Resolve employee/managers/unions concerns by interpreting benefit policies and procedures;. Conduct cost and implication analysis for presentation to client’s REMCO committee along with recommended solutions;Monitor and report changes in regulation and legislation, proposing appropriate responses;Provide input into the development of performance and reward theory and principles;Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations from executive to shop floor levels.
