Served as the Senior Information Systems Operator/Analyst and the Network Operations Center Non-commissioned officer in charge. Ensured continuous monitoring, restoration, and reporting of critical IT systems, performed analysis to determine root cause of IT outages and coordinate development of monitoring tools to address IT shortfalls. Develop reports off IT system availability, coordinate actions for planned power outages and service interruptions. Monitor, document, and process data transfer across multiple domains. Provide technical support and fault isolation of sensitive and complex electronic surveillance systems. Primary instructor for the Trojan Special Purpose Integrated Remote Intelligence Terminal (SPIRIT) Operator's course. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on all aspects of the Trojan SPIRIT. Develop lesson plans and other training materials. Supervises and conducts training for 8 classes per year totaling 800 program of instruction hours to Active Army and Reserve/National Guard Soldiers each year.

Operate and maintained special intelligence satellite and baseband communication systems, including Trojan, Critical Source (CS-Lite) and Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT). Prepared on short notice for worldwide deployments in support of national agencies, theater and joint commanders; conducts preventive maintenance checks and services of multiple satellite communications systems.
