Systems maintenance and Integration Officer for the 4th Infantry Division (4ID) G2. Officer in charge of the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare section providing leadership, mentorship and training to all non-commissioned officers and Soldiers. Primary officer for the development, sustainment, and modification of the G2 intelligence systems architecture; providing technical advice to G2 staff on maintenance and system issues regarding intelligence equipment throughout the Division. Develops systems and processes to maintain oversight of all intelligence-related networks, systems, and equipment of subordinate units. Manages work order flow, prioritizing installation, upgrade, and modification of intelligence systems. Maintain the entirety of 4ID intelligence systems in support to real-world and contingency operations while forward deployed to EUCOM.

Intelligence systems maintainer and integration technician for a Military Intelligence Company, responsible for servicing and maintaining MI systems for the Brigade and seven subordinate Battalions. Served as the officer-in-charge of the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare section providing development, sustainment, and modification of the Brigade Intelligence architecture. Provide technical advice to Brigade staff on all maintenance and system issues regarding intelligence systems. Manages maintenance support and provide connectivity for intelligence related networks, systems, and equipment including the Distributed Common Ground Station - Army family of systems and Trojan satellite communication system.

Serves as the Non-commissioned Officer and Senior Instructor for the Trojan System Program of Instruction for the Initial Entry Training and Military Occupation Specialty transition students attending the Military Intelligence Systems Maintainer and Integrator course. Responsible for the instructing field and sustainment level maintenance on the Trojan satellite communication system family of systems. Maintained student academic records, developed course flow, program of instruction materials, and develop course curriculum. Administered tests, counsel and mentor students and manage a team of 8 personnel.

Served as the Senior Information Systems Operator/Analyst and the Network Operations Center Non-commissioned officer in charge. Ensured continuous monitoring, restoration, and reporting of critical IT systems, performed analysis to determine root cause of IT outages and coordinate development of monitoring tools to address IT shortfalls. Develop reports off IT system availability, coordinate actions for planned power outages and service interruptions. Monitor, document, and process data transfer across multiple domains. Support and maintain 3.600+ classified multi-function/multi-user IT processing systems for 2,400+ personnel. Receive, analyze, prioritize, assign work-orders, and resolve IT incidents. Ensure proper documentation and operation of workstations and servers operating on multiple national and coalition networks.

Section lead for the Intelligence Support Activity, Electronic Maintenance, and Armament repair facility providing direct support maintenance for the Brigade. Provide technical support and fault isolation of sensitive and complex electronic surveillance systems. Maintain, tests, repair computers, networks, and communication equipment, and provide critical support to the section QA/QC program.

Primary instructor for the Trojan Special Purpose Integrated Remote Intelligence Terminal (SPIRIT) Operator's course. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on all aspects of the Trojan SPIRIT. Develop lesson plans and other training materials. Supervises and conducts training for 8 classes per year totaling 800 program of instruction hours to Active Army and Reserve/National Guard Soldiers each year.

Serves in a joint duty assignment for the National Security Agency / Central Security Service. Operate and maintained special intelligence satellite and baseband communication systems, including Trojan, Critical Source (CS-Lite) and Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT). Prepared on short notice for worldwide deployments in support of national agencies, theater and joint commanders; conducts preventive maintenance checks and services of multiple satellite communications systems.

Serves as a tactical Shadow unmanned aircraft systems (TUAS) for the TUAS platoon forward site in support of the military intelligence company of a Brigade Combat Team. Served as the TUAS quality assurance/quality control NCO at the forward site supporting 2nd Infantry Division Brigade Combat Team during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Conducts and supervises proper maintenance procedures on Ground Control Stations, Remote Video Terminals, and all associated forward site TUAS equipment.

Served as a tactical Shadow unmanned aircraft system repair for the TUAS launch and recovery platoon of the Military Intelligence company within 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division. Served as the TUAS quality assurance/quality control NCO. Supported launch and recovery operations, maintenance and services on the Shadow UAS and associated equipment. Support 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (04-05).
