Manage all activities required for the timely and accurate disclosure of required tax information for regulatory reporting as required under ASC740 Provide analysis and advice to personnel regarding issues that impact the overall tax positionProvide support and advice to personnel and local advisors concerning tax audits outside the U.S.Responsible to identify and implement strategic international tax planning, to oversee the US compliance, and to manage the tax accounting for the company’s foreign income and non US operations. Preparation of Federal consolidated tax return and various state returns using OneSource tax software. Completed timely 2012 federal tax returns, work papers, and return to provision adjustment.

Preparation of foreign E&P calculation and Forms 5471,8858, and 8865 using OneSource tax software

Administration of the tax function, responsible for managing the preparation of the corporate federal, state, and local tax returns, act in a tax advisory position to affiliated dental groups, provide oversight and approval for tax reporting for financial statement purposes, responsible for ASC 740, FIN 18, ASC 740-10, and ASC 718, manage and provide oversight with respect to tax risk and tax controversy, hire, coordinate, and team with outside tax advisors to manage affiliate's compliance requirements, and mentor and train tax personnel.
