Develop a comprehensive maintenance program for the entire CDMA network. Oversee the complete maintenance of the network of 80 cellular sites for the entire island.Coordinate the delivery and installation of all the required equipment during cell site deployment and construction.Maintenance of all generators, air-conditions units, shelters and grounding. Maintenance of all cellular towers and their associated hardware.Maintenance of all microwave radios, microwave antennas and their associated cabling.Maintenance and optimization of the entire microwave link island wide, (i.e. make sure the microwave link is up and working at all times).Assist in evaluate, construct, and maintain a monthly budget for the Engineering department.Liaise with all local regulatory and governmental bodies and agencies to obtain all the necessary approvals for cell site construction. E.g. (NEPA, Parish Councils, various town committees).Work with external project engineers and contractors.Analyze and coordinate cell site audits in conjunction with RF engineer and technicians.
