Responsible for managing a team of engineers developing and enhancing vehicle diagnostics while supporting issue resolution in service and manufacturing. Responsible for managing a team for the development of all interior and exterior lighting systems (including headlamps, rearlamps, adaptive lighting, headlamp levelling, ambient lighting and demand lighting), roof control (convertible, sunroof, sunblind, gesture movement), Wash Wipe systems (rain light sensor, smart wiper motors), and Energy management systems (eco-mode, eco-data, quiescent mitigation, battery health monitoring).

- Management of lighting engineers- Project lead for introduction of new lighting technology.- System owner for interior/exterior lighting on all JLRResponsible for the development and delivery of all lighting systems and components on all JLR vehicles. Supervising of three lighting engineers to ensure that the development of all features are completed robustly and on time. Supplier negotiations to demand requirements are met and component level testing for functionality and requirement sign-off.

- Component owner of AFS and levelling on all JLR vehicles - System owner of AFS and levelling on all JLR vehicles - Exterior lighting support engineering - Interior lighting support engineer Responsible for the development and delivery of AFS and headlamp leveling on all JLR vehicles. Continual supplier meetings and negotiations in order to design and improve the component in order to reduce warranty costs. Component level knowledge for functionality and low-level validation testing. Issue and delivery supporting engineer to reduce resolution time for problems and development conflict.
