I have been working on a client account since May 2013. As part of the the account management team I was on boarded to set up the risk and issue management process on the account. I successfully moved this into BAU and offshored the role in Jan 2014.I then became the account cost manager, responsible for tracking both labour and non-labour costs against the service delivery model and service line forecast.
