These metrics are used by finance to generate the monthly and quarterly customer invoice.SME for Graco, EU Model Claus and Security Due Diligence - These are additional tasks which I have taken responsibility for to ensure that the account are compliant from an exports regulation, data protection and security compliance perspective for both IBM and the client. These roles have ensured that our offshore workforce of 80% is met, and that we have completed the relevant security checks for the client.Audit Focal - I am the IBM lead for the L&G annual audit for the past 3 years which is performed by PWC. I manage and track all audit requests submitted by PWC and ensure the IBM teams provide accurate and complete responses within the audit schedule. I am the interface between IBM, L&G and PWC.Risk and Issue Management - I ensure that governance meetings take place and risks are mitigated or accepted and that issues are closed.Supplier Management - included management of renewals, regular performance reviews with the suppliers, cost reviews, which included areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Project Description: Initially responsible for task managing the SAP Basis resources on Boots but quickly expanded my team lead responsibility to cover IGA, Diageo, OKI, Tennaco, NSC and ICI.Contribution: I was responsible for managing the BAU support elements of Boots to India. This involved setting up education sessions in the UK with members of the India team and arranging UK resources to travel to India to provide transitional support.I was also required to work with the BID team to prepare the SAP Basis bid solution for Boots. Unfortunately IBM did not get selected to continue this work so I was then required to manage the transition of the role to Infosys.Managed the upskilling of the SAP basis team that allowed the release of 4 TSC's. Re-organised the team structure into pooled resource.Was acting manager for 3 months in 2006 due to previous manager being on long term sick.

Responsible for task managing workload for the SAP L2 support team. I also provided technical support to IBM and Lenovo accounts.My task management activities involved being client focal and SME for any SAP Application problems, changes or project tasks. I assigned the workload to my team making SLA's were not breached. I developed education plans for the team to ensure we were appropriately skilled to effectively perform the role.I was the SAP Application SME and my support role included provided responsive second level support to IBM and Lenovo SAP Fulfillment systems. I performed problem and change tasks in a timely manner reducing potential impacts to production environments.Contribution: I lead a team of eight people and was responsible for making sure all problem, change and project activities were aligned to the appropriate member of the team.Responsible for preparing the teams education plans ensuring that the appropriate skills were in place to meet the customer requirements. I prepared formal cross knowledge transfer education within the team as well as raising formal education requests for team members.I provided both business and technical direction to my team as well as the wider organisation such as Business Help Desk in EMEA, NA, JPN and AP.

Project Description: Problem and change support of multiple SAP accounts. These accounts are all IBM internal accounts used globally and required support 24x7. Contribution: As the Level 2 Support SME my main role involved problem analysis and resolution in the Sales & Distribution environment of SAP. This includes problems within the following areas:* Configuration * ABAP code* Sapscript* Connectivity * Interface* Master dataI widened my technical and business knowledge over the last 2 years by successfully implementing 2 new SAP support teams. In both cases this involved traveling to the US to initiate knowledge transfer sessions on both business and technical processes. I then provided user training and documentation to the support teams back in the UK. Part of my role also included managing tasks for SAP upgrades that were scheduled throughout the year, assisting with production fixes, and providing training to any new team members.In the last 6 months I manged the successful transition of the SAP Ops Analyst activities to Bangalore. I worked working with a team of 8 IGSI resources who had little SAP OA skills. I successfully completed this project ahead of schedule and there were no major incidents impacting the SAP accounts that they now support.
