I am tasked with being a go-between for entry level tellers and the store management. My duties include approving complex transactions, seeing to my tellers needs, be they more cash for their drawers or questions about how to handle a belligerent customer, ordering bulk cash for our store vault each week, reviewing every transaction by each teller under my care, handling customer and system issues as they arise, and also taking on all the duties of an entry level teller (processing transactions, direct sales, customer service, etc.)

I oversaw three different self-storage facilities in the Albuquerque area, with only two people above me and three below me. This involved site maintenance, setting up vendor appointments for repairs or landscaping, direct sales, auctioning off past due units, cataloging overdue units for sale, designing an advertisement for an electronic sign, cash handling, collection calls and letters, and renting and maintaining Budget rental trucks and their accouterments.

As a work study assistant with the Financial Aid Department of the University of New Mexico, I was tasked with the categorization of students awarded aid, the mailing of award letters, destruction of files, data entry, and maintaining student profiles in the Banner database (including updating addresses, phone numbers and personal information).
