As the Systems Commercial Lead for Systems, I am responsible for managing the interactions across multiple organizations, providing relevant expertise within the project team and coordination across the various teams. In this role I review and respond to project and program correspondence and manages project claims, provides commercial and contract administration guidance to the project controls team, technical adviser and the client. In addition, I monitor the progress of design development, construction, and commissioning to be aware of emerging issues and able to identify and characterize risks including quantification and strategies for mitigation.
