The brand was completely transformed with a new image, products and collections put in place. After 1 year the brand is positioned beside Givenchy in Men’s Health magazine’s “Things Every Stylish Man needs to Know,”, and beside Belstaff and Tag Heuer in GQ.After previews, Harrods expressed interest in an exclusive capsule collection and Bergdorf Goodman stated " We will definitely work together". Mr. Porter, Le Bon Marche, Isetan, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols all expressed interest in the collection.I implemented a strategic, step by step plan with the largest distributor of men’s goods in Japan, with a view to partnering with them by 2019. Distribution for Benelux and Holland was secured with talks in progress for Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, USA, Canada, South Korea, and South Africa.Despite only launching new product online in the last month, in one year turnover had been increased 32% and the company transformed into a profit making enterprise attracting new investment.

The CHUCS collection added fine cotton Polo shirts and T-shirts, hats and summer scarves to the signature printed shorts.CHUCS, found in boutiques at the finest Beach Clubs and Hotels launched to wholesale internationally for Spring Summer 15,with an on schedule presentation at London Collections Men coinciding with the opening of CHUCS Bar and Grill next door to the store. This was followed by a successful debut at Pitti Uomo.At CHUCS I created and implemented an International wholesale strategy and operation, reporting directly to the Managing Director of the Parent Investment Company. I was responsible for analyzing, reviewing, planning, setting budgets and forecasting the requirements of this luxury resort wear brand with Global ambitions.Partly based in the offices of Finch and Partners, I worked closely with CHUCS Creative Director, Charles Finch on product assortment, editing a strong commercial collection to present to wholesale customers. I directed the showroom presentation, lookbooks and secured the attendance of some of the biggest and best retailers in the world including Bloomingdales from the USA, Isetan from Japan, Galerais Lafayette from France, and Shinsegae from South Korea and and with UK retailers including Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Mr. Porter, Harrods, Matches, and many more. Orders were written from stores in over 10 countries and I opened discussions with potential distributors in International markets including implementing an agreement with an immediate start for select European territories. I worked with production to source manufacturers for the brand before, with new partners / investors, the brand re-located to Italy.

All sales direct, without the use of agents or distributors.Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Barneys New York, Bloomingdales, Dover Street Market, Lane Crawford in Hong Kong and China, Isetan in Japan, NK in Sweden, Boon the Shop and Shinsegae in South Korea, Brown Thomas in Ireland and many more.A major part of my role was providing creative direction to the design team, formulating range plans, and editing the collections. I also led the development of best selling product.The Spring Summer 13 collection included, a Rain Mac inspired by an archive fabric swatch: "The best seller Crombie has had since the original Crombie coat".I developed exclusives for Harrods, Selfridges, and Mr. Porter, and created an exclusive capsule collection for Bloomingdales and The Beatles, I was also responsible for the development and sale of a Tommy Nutter capsule collection for the USA.Taking on additional responsibilities for Marketing and Press, I was interviewed and featured by Drapers, MWB magazine, Menswear Insight and The Huffington Post, introduced Crombie to the British Fashion Council ultimately leading to Crombie's debut at London Collections Men, on schedule, for AW 14 and arranged for the brand to be worn by some of the world's most famous, stylish and photographed men.Through strategically placing Crombie in the right high profile stores I gained press coverage internationally and significantly on Selectism, Hypebeast, in Monocle and FT's How to Spend It.I was responsible for writing and editing the collection "story" each season, and producing and commissioning Lookbooks.
