Developed college level programs in Resorts and Food & Beverage for new and existing leaders. Established curriculum, wrote text and developed on-the-job experiences for Disney leaders.Developed and instructed orientation and training programs as a part of the pre-opening teams for Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios theme parks - for salaried and hourly Cast.
