About Gordon Rush

I started in the automobile industry not long after graduating from high school and have spent time in a broad cross-section of assignments in both the retail and wholesale environments. On the “retail side,” I have earned a living as a flat-rate Technician, Service Advisor, Service Manager, Director of Fixed Operations for a multi-dealer organization, and General Manager. On the “wholesale side,” I have spent time as a District Manager, Staff Manager in a Regional Office, National Manager for a major manufacturer and International After Sales Consultant. Along the way, I managed through night and weekend studies to complete a Bachelors Degree in terms of formal training; and maintained a fairly consistent self-directed study of management and customer satisfaction / retention philosophies and techniques. The culmination then, of these forty plus years of experiential and directed learning is the ability to bring a balanced if not unique perspective to the tasks at hand, which have included a variety of very rewarding start-up and recovery opportunities.Regardless of the challenge, I believe I have been successful in establishing clear direction, and creating processes and systems to support that direction.
