RESPONSIBILITIES - Take the lead role in selling specific brand of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine products/ service to full fill customers desire manufacturing products. - Understand the machine specification and provide professional judgement on the machine capability to fabricated parts that customers wanted. - Work closely with service team to ensure that the customer machine problem can be solve in a short period. - Engage, equip, and lead all sales channels (including distribution partners) with appropriate training, tools, and strategy development for machine products/services. EXPERIENCE GAINED: - Experienced in selling machine intangible/conceptual products/services to help customers achieve the project. Recent sale experience to automotive providers in fabricating disc brake. - Experienced not only in machine but also management skill on managing customer and also supplier with good team player and multitasking capabilities. - Gain knowledge on troubleshooting each type of machine and repairing skill with joining the service team to service the machine with hands-on job will pick up the technical knowledge faster.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Given the qualification of a bicycle rim that can withstand a series of test , need to find out what is the reason of the failure and make improvement in the specific time frame. - Take the opportunities to understand/study the concept of a bicycle rim. - Design and develop new bicycle rim with different material or different rim shape. - Study others competitor rim design and concept, to have breakthrough idea. EXPERIENCE GAINED: - Gained the knowledge and concept of the force applied on the rim and maximize the performance. - Management skill and communication skill through out the development progress, with coordinating the work flow. - Develop new bicycle rim with different material and shape, and propose to higher management level and listen their professional guidance and feedback.
