I currently work as an Assistant Soccer Coach for Kaw Valley FC, which is a semi-professional organization that competes in the USL l2 (formally PDL). I am responsible for recruiting high level soccer players to our program. Daily duties include, designing training sessions, setting up fields for practice, assisting head coach with training 1st team and reserve team players, and trained goalkeepers. Game day management includes, setting up team warm up and warming up goalkeepers. I am also responsible for recruiting high level players for the program.

Responsibilities include administrative tasks such as, securing officials, preparing lineup cards, procuring meals for away games, travel, and updating university data presented to the NAIA. Daily responsibilities include helping design team training sessions along with the setting up of fields for practices as well as training goalkeepers, coaching 1st team and JV players.

Responsibilities include training youth soccer players of various age groups, creating and designing age appropriate practices, and coaching games. I also select players from the state talent pool to participate in regional events and identify top players to be scouted by national team scouts.

As marketing director of Sporting Kaw Valley I work with Sporting Kansas City to help identify talent to incorporate into their regional pool to help select players to place into their academy.
