Since returning to Brisbane in 2005, Gordon has been engaged in consultancy services for several corporate clients on strategy development, business acquisition, funds management, fund raising, as well as undertaking various strategic project management roles.Prior to establishing his consulting business, Gordon had a career in financial services spanning 30 years, of which the last 15 years were in senior executive/general management roles covering funds management and administration, product development, corporate governance and compliance, business development, strategic planning, business acquisition, sales management and marketing, This included positions with National, International and ASX listed organisations. Gordon has been a regular speaker at industry conferences and seminars throughout Australasia on related industry topics. He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, an Associate of Australian Marketing Institute and a past chairman of the Queensland Council of the Trustee Corporations Association of Australia. He is a Justice of the Peace, has an MBA, and has formal industry qualifications in Financial Planning, Sales Management, Recruiting and Training, as well as Project Management.
