Was apart of the opening lifeguard team. Skills learned: Became a Disney trainer, fully trained as a port adventures host, worked closely with our private vehicle team. - I helped originate and write the technical documentation which we called location operation guidelines for the role of the Lifeguard Coordinators on the ships. - I helped originate the port logistics solution to our first call to the port of St. Petersburg. We managed to get 3500 passengers and crew off successfully on their respective port adventures while navigating them through individual immigration. - I learned to navigate third party vendors and foster great work partnerships for our local port adventure tour operators.- I learned the strategy of supply counts and ordering using forecasts. We needed to account for shipping delays in ports and make sure that all of our orders made it to the shipping container on time to then be shipped over to our next home port of call.
