I'm a technical, hands-on manager with a bias toward software engineering / development. I have had many years of management experience and before that many years of software development experience. At times these were interspersed and I have remained hands-on.I have worked for a variety of companies from large to small (including 4 startups) and in industries including medical devices, data storage, eCommerce, energy/power, health insurance, electronic testing … My strengths include my values and positive attitude, diverse experience, problem solving abilities, entrepreneurial spirit, innovative nature, being the voice of reason, business sense, and I believe wholeheartedly in the team being greater than the sum of its parts (I consider myself a good team player).
