After 4 years and 5 months with Age Concern, now retired as of the 1st November and is currently involved with a Twinning project between Twyford and Cuincy in France.Accepted the position of Manager of the Age Concern Twyford and District Day Centre in Twyford, Berkshire in July 2013. This is a registered charity whose aim is to assist elderly residents in the area to maintain their independence and quality of life. They serve the local villages of Twyford, Hurst, Wargrave, Sonning, Ruscombe and Charvil.Continues as a distributor for The Utility Warehouse Discount Club, offering members cheaper utility bills. Previously worked with SHARK Executive Search as a Senior Client Partner who specialised in identifying and sourcing talented international executives for Global Technology / IT, Professional Services, Finance & Insurance, Sales & Marketing, Industry & Automotive, New Energy and Life Science.Was active as a Sales Trainer and Performance Coach for businesses wanting to improve sales results on a consistent basis. Having had 33 years of service with Xerox Corporation both in the UK and South Africa. During his time at Xerox, Gordon held positions in Sales, Sales Management, Sales Training Management and Human Resources, he relocated to the UK at the start of 1998 to take up a position with Xerox Europe limited.Specialities: Sourcing and Developing Talent, Performance coaching and skills development.
