Sr. Customer Business Manager | Target
Current- Responsible for owning the Happy Family Organics business partnership with Target HQ partnering on a joint business plan to deliver top and bottom line objectives for Target and Danone
- Accountable for executing a net sales growth target through building and forecasting a business plan and monitoring performance through the P&L to speak to key drivers and determine key risks and opportunities
- Lead Sales Analyst dedicated to Happy Family Target business to execute weekly business reporting, trade management, customer contracts, item maintenance, and support their talent development plan
- Spearheaded Happy Family integration into Danone supporting SAP transition, sales policies, POL integration, EDI connections, order management, and trade management system
- Manage cross functional partnerships between sales strategy, marketing, finance, and supply chain to analyze and address business opportunities and risks, strategize on long term growth and support customer.
- Responsible for leading a committee of five individuals and their committees to support Danone’s inclusive diversity initiatives through recruiting, connecting, and developing Black employees and leaders at all levels
