Operations Director
CurrentAs an Operations Director, I am overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ChartWorld Group. My core responsibilities are:- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures Planning and executing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements- Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of operational staff- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that operational activities align with overall business objectives- Managing and optimizing the procurement process to ensure that the organization has the materials and resources needed to meet production requirements- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure that products are delivered on time and at the lowest possible cost- Ensuring that inventory levels are optimized to meet production requirements and minimize excess inventory- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to evaluate the success of supply chain strategies- Developing and managing budgets for supply chain operations- Developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other departments within the organization.
