Over 20 years in the world of remote guiding and ten years in the first responder role has provided me with not only the skills to manage progressively more extensive and more complex groups but the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse mix of characters and egos while becoming a more efficient planner and facilitator. I don't need to reap the rewards; I'd want to see the job get done. I eat pre-planning and safety for breakfast.
