Here are some key accomplishments:- Designed, implemented and launched a dynamic bidding cap algorithm, boosting Indeed's annual revenue by $221 million and increasing job seekers' viewed jobs apply rate by 6.85%.- Led the creation and implementation of a new bidding optimizer and an optimization strategy focused on product quality tailored for our pay-per-apply product. This resulted in 40% savings in bidding costs and a 13% increase in employers' candidate satisfaction.- Developed a machine learning-based bidding threshold strategy that removed 62.83% of low-quality sponsored impressions while preserving application numbers for employers, significantly improving the quality of the candidates we delivered to employers.

As the Principal Data Scientist on the AI Apps team, I played a leading role in advancing Oracle Cloud products and developing a next-generation AutoML platform for Oracle. My contribution includes the invention of an ML-model-based NLP model updating algorithm, which Oracle successfully patented (US-11676049-B2).
