About Shauna Gordon
I AM looking for new opportunities at this time, either as a Senior Software Engineer or Architect, or a pivot to Technical Writing, or Technical Program Management (of the "project manager's project manager" sort).**Note:** I am actively looking to relocate to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and am seeking out Canadian employers.My profession is problem solving. My chosen tool is whatever one is best suited for the job. For most of my career, this has come in the form of software engineering, but don't mistake me for a simple code jockey. My experience as an engineer has given me a foundation of systems thinking that allows me to see the structure and patterns in nearly anything, identifying inefficiencies and friction points, and arranging all the moving parts into a well-running machine. These, I've found, are skills that transcend the implementation details and can be applied to nearly everything I do, at work and outside of it.
