Specialized in ad-hoc SQL reporting, development of business-use-only software layer for production warehouses, reporting, audit response, validation of WMS data and function, bug hunting and remediation, iterative testing, and supporting on-site WMS Analysts, as needed.

• Assisted the Director of Business Development in the delivery of several project plans and proposals in the document imaging industry, specifically servicing State level governments for their Corporate and UCC filing solutions. • Analyzed current (Operation/Business) process and recommended future workflow process with project proposal for a large online vendor of Corporate and UCC filings performed for their client with all the Secretary of State offices of the U.S. Assisted Technical Writer in the re-design of the company’s online help site - documenting the Secretary of State Knowledge Base application suite.

• Primary function was to document and produce Developer Guide for a large scale Lotus Notes telecommunications database used to track and maintain phones and telecommunication lines for Wake County, NC. Requirements of the database included identifying process threads of a given application and all related program elements used within said process. For impact analysis and change management, provided developers with front end Lotus Notes debugging tool that provides complete listing of affected program areas from the perspective of any user of the system.

• Produced an educational, contract, proposal, and administrative documentation for a mainframe and distributed library management services group. • Designed, built, and maintained Lotus Notes and Access databases for a team of implementation developers and a third level support desk. The group's primary effort was implementing and maintaining IBM software configuration, library management, and version control tools. • Packaged Configuration Manager and Version Control (CMVC) for distribution to client departments and companies.

• Researched a large screen-print industry MRP software application to produce comprehensive software user’s manual and context-sensitive online help system. Produced the Windows95 Help file version and then integrated it with the application as context-sensitive. • Performed implementations and upgrade/updates of KAIZEN application. • Packaged application for distribution using Wise tools. • Utilized Access to produce problem/resolution database.

• Primary functions included processing semiconductor approvals by vendor/customer/manufacturer, Specification Control Documents, IQC discrepancies and database development/maintenance. • Developed automated component management application on a VB/Access platform.
