My area of expertise is with direct selling businesses that use an independent contractor entrepreneurial model to market products and services to a large global customer base. Today, my focus is building PM International's business in the the Americas in my role as the Chief Sales Officer for the Americas. In addition, My 35 years in direct selling has uniquely prepared me to make direct selling companies and leaders more productive in a changing marketplace. I have extensive experience with field leaders and have coached successful direct selling entrepreneurs in many global markets. Much of my work since 2016 has been focused on modernization initiatives on both the revenue and operations side of companies. Today, the speed and magnitude of change is forcing companies to transform all areas of their business. My technology company, #ShapetechSolutions, is a full stack development company that has enabled me to help companies with innovative technology solutions focused on strengthening their business both operationally and with their independent salesforce. Our expertise is in direct selling and D2C companies. My extensive work Direct Selling Association (DSA) and the Direct Selling Education Foundation (DSEF) has provided me the ability to work with other thought leaders who share my passion to insure the direct selling channel continues to grow in the future. As a group, we work diligently to protect the future of the direct selling channel. The unique value I bring to the direct selling companies is based on my experience as a field leader, executive and industry expert. My obsession to stay relevant and focused on change is a big part of why companies seeks to engage me in the evolution of their businesses.

In January 2020, I was hired to be the CIO with my primary responsibility being focused on modernizing the company. The areas that we focused on innovation were sales and marketing, technology, logistics and mapping all processes and services. In addition, we created a business intelligence division to insure that Zurvita would be a data driven company and created an internal project management system. 2020 was heavily focused on rebuilding the technology architecture. My technology company, Shapetech Solutions, LLC, rebuilt the entire technology architecture and various interfaces that were critical for the success of Zurvita. The prior technology vendors owned all code and business logic so our focus was to give back that control the company and reduce technology costs. Both were accomplished in 2020. These changes significantly reduced technology cost by over of $1M per year. In Februar2021, I resigned my position as the company's CIO. My technology team at Shapetech Solutions, LLC will continue to be heavily in all technology areas. I transitioned to a Board Advisor so that I could focus my full-time efforts on other business projects but still be able to advise the Board on future issues. -
