Group Financial Controller
Current- Responsible for the Group's consolidated financials, lead in the preparation of the half yearly and yearly statutory accounts, management of the audit process (year-end , half-year and the annual GS007)- Ensuring compliance with the Group's financial and governance framework and policies- Delivery of accurate and complete month end results with actual to budget analysis and insights into the business's key projects and its tracking- Oversee payroll process including payroll processing, PAYG, Payroll tax and year-end payroll reconciliations and payment summaries- Oversee/preparation of all Group Income Tax, GST, FBT, Payroll Tax returns and FATCA/CRS- Lead, mentor and develop the capabilities of the finance team, ensuring the team is high performing, engaged, collaborative and aligned with business goals- Ensuring effective operation of the core financial competencies of Accounts Receivable/Payable- Work closely with the CEO and CFO and other key stakeholders in a collaborative way to ensure the strategic priorities of Generation Development Group are achieved
