I have a 20-year background in education, training and development and coaching. With an Honours Degree in International Business Management, a Postgraduate Teaching Degree and a Master of Arts in Education Leadership, I have operated at very senior levels within the education and training community. These include international as well as UK based roles.My career extends from lecturing in strategy, change leadership and organisational behaviour, through to being the Director of Academic and Professional Programmes at a large, multi-national, business school based in London.For over 10 years I have been recognised by the UK’s qualifications regulator (Ofqual) as a qualification and assessment expert in recognition of the direction and support I provide to academic institutions, professional bodies and examination boards.I established, managed, and grew post and under-graduate academic programmes specifically designed for senior officers in the UK's army, navy and air force. Supporting these demanding learners required high level coaching and mentoring to ensure they all achieved their goals and ambitions.I am trained coach at master's level, an experienced and capable coach and mentor to business leaders and an extremely effective and efficient educator. Collectively this knowledge and understanding provide me with the expertise and confidence to add value to an individual’s personal and professional development. I am able to quickly gain an understanding of, and appreciation for, the unique requirements and demands of all those who seek to improve themselves at an individual level.
