I am the Founder and CEO of Unbeaten Apparel, LLC. Unbeaten Apparel is a simplistic athleisure wear brand that integrates casual with performance, perfect for working out or going out.I decided to take a chance and follow my dreams when creating this apparel line. Fashion, working and living a healthy lifestyle have always been my passions. So I thought, "Why not combine the three and integrate it into an apparel line?"But the meaning behind Unbeaten Apparel goes further into depth. I chose the name "Unbeaten" because I strive to live a life of what it stands for. Being "Unbeaten" does not necessarily mean being undefeated. Rather, it means that you do not ever stop in pursuing your dreams. You do not let any obstacle get in your way of success, whether it may be academics, a workout, or even personal issues. You have the mindset of a champion and pick yourself up and believe in yourself. Whether you may lose in a competition, you have the ability to look past it and use that hurt to make you stronger. When you believe in all of this, you are Unbeaten.

I worked in food preparation and food service programs assisting a trained dietitian. The Forum at Tucson is a full service senior living facility. I worked with Registered Dietitians, Diet Technicians, and Chefs to accommodate the nutrition and dietary needs of the seniors in this facility.I learned every aspect behind what needs had to be met, whether it's the type of food the seniors could eat or couldn't.Being behind the scenes made me realize what goes on to running the nutrition aspect of a facility.

As a health/wellness coach, I had various clients that I helped with their nutritional needs. I recommended various workout routines and supplement guidance in order for them to transform into the physique they wanted.
