She also advises early stage technology companies developing their go-to-market strategy, helping drive product-market fit and focus. Before Rasa, she was SVP & GM Marketplace at Tradeshift changing how businesses connect and innovate with their supply chain. Prior to Tradeshift, she led worldwide sales, customer success, and services at SingleStore (MemSQL). Previously, Melissa served as a Vice President in Oracle's enterprise accounts group, consistently building teams that over-performed and pioneered the sale of new products. Melissa holds a bachelor's in Economics from Stanford University where she was an All-American in the Pole Vault.
