Talenox has been nominated Best Payroll Software by HRM Asia and is partners with Asia’s leading banks.Currently available in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, Talenox is fully integrated with Xero’s accounting software and Quickbooks Online. It also comes preset with country-specific employment regulations.

Co-led the next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Worked with partners such as NEO (previously known as New Context) and Nokomai.Formulated business plan for payroll business targeted at small sized businesses, by using SaaS model, which is very different from traditional HR outsourcing model.My team and I successfully onboard 60 entrepreneurs as nominees and awarded 30 honourees for Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) Award 2012. Coordinated interviews between students and entrepreneurs and helped up with SOE Dinner in Nov 2012.

Witsvale is a social adaptive learning engine with gamification for Primary/ Elementary Mathematics.Lead Business Development, Marketing, UI/UX, Finance and Funding. Worked with Rivervale Primary School and in the midst of getting Wellington Primary School and California Charter School Association onboard. Established links with Academy of Principals (Singapore) and Rocketship Education.

Joined as project facilitator, implemented several HR outsourcing project with MNCs and SMEs and improved on data interfacing processes.Improved on Induction programme and further set up the framework for future induction. Involved in other areas such as Branding, Escapadia (culture driver), Staff Communications and developing Strategic Frameworks.

An education centre focused on providing quality and kinesthetic learning for Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology), Mathematics and English for PSLE, O’Levels and A’Levels (students of 11 – 18 years old in Singapore).Lead Business Development, Marketing, Branding and teaching of Mathematics (all levels) and Sciences (students of 11 – 14 years old).Started open-laboratory concept since Sep 2007 with Peek-a-Boo idea. Brought about successful marketing campaigns in Jan 2008 and started Amazing Youth Sprout Camp in Dec 2008. Collaborated with YMCA and schools for charity fund raising (during 2008 – 2009).Drove up revenue by two folds in 2010 and sold the business in Feb 2011.
