GORDON OMMEN is the Founder and Principal of Capitaline Advisors, a private equity firm which invests in agriculture, including Farmland and agri-processing plants. The firm is also investing in Mitigation Banking. He also serves a Partner of BlackFork Farms, a 6th generation family farming and bourbon production enterprise with operations in Minnesota and South Dakota. Mr. Ommen is the former, chairman and chief executive officer of US BioEnergy Corporation, a $2 billion biofuel production and marketing company. He founded US BioEnergy in 2004, raising $1.5 billion in debt and equity capital. In December 2006, US BioEnergy launched a successful IPO trading on the NASDAQ Global Market.
