Petro-Canada merged into Suncor EnergyResponsible for Facilities Management solution design, project implementation, 3rd party vendor management, and daily operation of services related to Data Centres and departmental sites.Needs assessment and delivery coordination for environmental services at primary data centres, with an advisory/consulting role for secondary sites.Coordinate the deployment, use, and maintenance of floor space, equipment racks & cabinets, electrical systems (including UPS), cooling systems, and physical access procedures.Perform assessment and analysis of a data centres, identify gaps and develop solutions to address those gaps.Monitor and analyze cooling, power system, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) capacities.Develop “design/build” summaries, scopes of work, budgetary costs and schedules associated with Facility infrastructure work.Develop and maintain processes to monitor and analyze electrical, water and cooling systems including selection of toolsDeveloping standards for modular containerized data centersCurrently designing one Data Centre and upgrading three data rooms in Europe and Africa.
