I am a Senior HR/Change leader and HR Consultant with over 25 years blue chip experience in Balfour Beatty, BAA and Scottish & Newcastle.I bring experience from manufacturing, FMCG, and transport sectors and from both a regulated and non-regulated perspective. I am equally at home in unionised and non-unionised workplaces.Consultancy clients have included Gatwick Airport, Balfour Beatty, Edinburgh Airport, Network Rail, Carillion, Gobal Infrastructure Partnership, Babcock Brown and TIE.Interim roles have included five months as interim HR Director, Balfour Beatty UK Construction Services. I was the first HR Director of Balfour Beatty Engineering Services, which was created in July 2009 through the merger of Balfour Kilpatrick and Haden Young.
