The Grind is a platform for artists in writers in Scotland I established in 2013. It promotes new and emerging talents through social media, digital and print publications, podcasts, and events. I was responsible for every aspect of The Grind, including editing, proof- reading, graphic design, video and audio editing, event organisation, online marketing and PR. In the first year additional graphic design was contributed by Louise Duffy and Declan Malone.
