As part of the Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation the course "focuses on the development of skills in analyzing and communicating the need for change within communities and organizations. Students will study models of change and leadership choices, as well as explore communication and provocation tools for stimulating new thinking. Key concepts covered include: understanding frameworks for change within systems and structures, understanding leadership models and principles within contexts and envisioning change through tangible future modeling."

Developed and implemented a business-value measurement strategy for PwC's global social collaboration and networking platform (Jive) while leading the the design and configuration of the platform to drive business results

Developed and implemented a firm-wide knowledge management (KM) strategy for PwC Canada resulting in 100,000s of hours saved and 40% more portal page-views with 1/3rd of the staff compared to PwC US (adjusted for firm size).

Developed/implemented a practical KM strategy and won buy-in by business leadership while building organization’s content management (technology and business processes/roles), web/hard-copy publishing, and (non-claims) records management capabilities.

Led a branch engaged the development of public policy regarding occupational health and safety and workplace insurance.

Managed policy issues across Ministries of Transportation, Labour and Environment.
