Crescendo Lab is here to transform business communication through MarTech, SaleTech, and AI.I support a team of 12 across product managers, product designers, and product marketing managers. We help enterprises better communicate with their customers on LINE chat app, SMS, Instagram Direct, and Messenger via precision marketing and 1 on 1 chats for sales, marketing, services, and support. Since I joined, we 3x our ARR as I drove product directions to launch 2 new products and expanded our footprint to 3 markets (Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan). We also scaled our infrastructure to send 5B messages a year. I started as an Advisor, part-time, and became a board member later on.

Acting as the Head of Product, I scaled the team from 2 to 6 talented product managers, setting up key processes and fostering a more unified product culture and team environment. Together we improve how small businesses create meaningful relationships effortlessly, by providing them a modern business phone and messaging system. Company is YC backed, $56M total funding, fully remote.I also individually launched flagship features such as OpenPhone AI, restructured packaging that increased new ARR by 68% within 2 months, and moved Android rating up by 1 point working with Mobile team and Support.I started as a Product Lead and got promoted to senior manager later on. I was part of the company-wide leadership team since 2022 to create alignment across the product team and cross-functional leaders alongside the CEO.

The team I led was part of the Facebook Growth org. We drove +8% friend request accepts to protect retention. Later on I pivoted the team's mission to create experiences that empower meaningful friendships on Facebook.

At Teams for Education, I led its product vision and execution for meetings, calling, messaging, and partner integration in the education market to connect students, educators, and admins in K12 schools and higher-educational institutions for better digital learning and collaboration with Microsoft Teams. Together with a broader org, we successfully turned Teams the go-to digital hub for schools.

I led a team mixed of product managers, data scientists, engineers, and product designers (both full-time and contractors). I scaled the team with multiple AI / ML initiatives, including a $500M/yr loan decisions recommendation system, saving turnaround time from 3 business days to 30 minutes.

I managed 3 PMs to deliver a suite of tools to enable Bing Ads go-to-market teams to grow business revenue with reduced sales planning lead time by 73% (across 16 roles) and reduced man-hour by 93% and key processing time by 99.7%. I received an org-wide Greatness Award for Product & Customer Obsession (top 0.5% in a 4000-person org).Earlier, I re-envisioned how Bing Ads users drive search ad optimization with BI data flow and day-to-day workflows, where the marque feature resulted in >90% weekly user engagement

Working with close to 100 people, I delivered 4 out of top 9 new features for Dynamics CRM 2015. I did so by proposing the product roadmap in Office integration, which was approved by Satya Nadella and Bill Gates, followed with a multi-year execution and 3 patents published. This resulted in me receiving Microsoft’s Special Stock Award (formerly known as the Gold Star Award), and putting Microsoft Dynamics on the radar to compete with Salesforce head on.Earlier I also launched Business Contact Manager 2013 in 36 languages for millions of small business owners, and defined product vision to streamline marketing process and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.

This was a moonlighting job. Our main product, HiHedge, provides AI-driven trading strategies. During my tenure there, I pivoted the product strategy to a B2B2C model, that led to a profitable revenue stream while the company procured 600K USD in investment.Earlier, it was 1 of the top 10 graduated from Startupbootcamp Fintech Singapore among 380 applications, which secured us $25K USD in seed funding.
