An experienced, team oriented leader in tier 1 automotive, appliance and industrial equipment manufacturing operations with a track record of achieving results. After graduating from Queens University in Electrical Engineering, I have lead teams in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, maintenance, controls and automation and sustainability.My leadership style that has developed from this experience allows me to easily work across all levels and disciplines to achieve consistent results that exceed the expectations.I know that my success is in part due to a heavy emphasis on team building, relationships and networking. My focus is always on establishing trust and buy-in. I am intellectually curious by nature, a good listener and love to ask questions. To learn something new each day is a personal goal I carry with me.Ingersoll Rand and Electrolux AB are now considered as leaders for sustainability by outside entities such as the DJSI, CPD, and Sustainalytics. As Operations sustainability director for these companies, over the last 15 years I have developed and implemented CIP programs that have directly lead to significant reductions in energy, water, waste and ghg's from operations.With my leadership we are part of the US Department of Energy Better Plants Challenge Program for energy, water and landfill and now we are a pilot partner for the DOE low carbon project.I joined Ingersoll Rand as the Global Operations Sustainability Director in 2021. Since this time, I developed and implemented an operations sustainability CIP program named Green Excellence and have rolled it out in 45 our highest consuming sites, driving excellent results. For example, we achieved our 2030 water goal, 7 years early.I began with Electrolux in 2010 as the North American Energy Reduction manager and in 2012 took over the global role. In 2017 Maintenance & Reliability was added to my scope and I implemented a we have a 2nd word-class continuous improvement program ( Sustainability & Reliability), rolled out in all of our factories around the world.Prior to joining Electrolux I spent 20 years in tier one automotive companies such as AMC, Jeep, Renault, Chrysler, Daimler Chrysler and FORD, always in the area of manufacturing engineering at both the local level and corporate.I am an electrical engineer with a Masters in Alternative Energy and am passionate about all aspects of sustainability and the neutralization of climate change.
