Having spent 16 years with GSK as a Maintenance Electrician, then latterly as a Chartered Electrical Engineer, I then managed a team of experienced Electrical, Instrument & Mechanical Engineers at Booth Welsh for 10 years delivering leading-edge technological design solutions as part of brownfield & greenfield projects within the Life Science, Pharmaceuticals, Fine Chemicals, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage industry sectors. In my current role as Head of Innovation, Digitalisation and Employee Engagement are key areas of focus for me to ensure that we continually improve as a business in our quest to become 'Digital Ready'. This will be achieved through various internal & external collaboration opportunities and initiatives involving our current staff, academia, clients, and suppliers to explore new ways of working, whilst introducing new services & products along the way.
