As a Service Level Manager I'm involved in maintaining and improving the complete body of cybersecurity solutions at Tesorion. This includes ensuring that Tesorion's cybersecurity solutions are aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives, developing and implementing service level agreements (SLAs) for Tesorion's cybersecurity service(s), monitoring and measuring the performance of Tesorion's cybersecurity solutions against SLAs and other key performance indicators (KPIs) and working with other departments within Tesorion to ensure that cybersecurity is integrated in all vital aspects of the business.

In 2019 I was introduced to my highly skilled colleagues at Tesorion and a crash course in its network access control solution. This close-knit team had been working on an extremely versatile and mature inhouse developed NAC solution for many years, which allowed for a rude awakening on any notion and knowledge of computer (networking) solutions I thought I possessed 😃 (!) Very grateful to be working in such a specialized environment, it forced me to quickly adapt and educate myself in a wide variety of essential concepts and components of a Debian based networking solution. A great smile will only get you so far - so in order to adequately service and troubleshoot our range of customers, a basic understanding of programming languages and other underlying (web) code quickly became essential, e.g. SQL, RADIUS, SNMP, Perl, Ruby, Bash, HTML, CSS, Apache, threat intel, mail relays, the list goes on - and of course the Linux command line and packages in general. Needless to say I have great respect for al the people involved in development and deployment of this product and during these years have acquired a great and lasting experience, which will undoubtedly remain useful in any of my future challenges and endeavors. Experiencing a variety of customers and creating trusting and long lasting relationships, steered my career path towards Service Level Management, which again posed exciting and new challenges of its own!

ALFA Valves Europe takes pride in valve design and the custom designs produced to client specifications, materials and certification, including actuating devices ranging from mechanical to remote control. Product knowledge was an important asset to have in day to day communication with clients, so I made sure to be eager and improve continuously! It was a short run, but I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with a small team of people whose sole speciliaziation lied in this refined product.

SalesWorking for one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies in Europe was an exciting opportunity! In spite of what a lot of people think; no, they do not deliver pizzas themselves. Although I did for one day... (see picture below☺) In a challenging business like this, it's important to stay ahead of your competition. Which we did. Together with a small team of peers, we strove each day to reach this goal. Customer CareWith thousands of restaurants relying on a steady supply of orders each day, an important part of our business relied on staying in close touch with all clients. I did that, too! We made sure our clients knew that we used an individual approach towards every single on of them. "Great service beats fast service". Although, with an average of about 200 calls per evening, you'd better not be a hunt-and-peck typist. I've enjoyed every minute at this department, walking away with several lasting friendships.

One of the most important decisions you'll ever make is sharing your life with a partner! No pressure though. Look around you, it doesn't seem so tough right?... in reality, finding "♥ true love's kiss ♥" can be a daunting task. Thank god for match.com, an internet-based dating platform. I had a lot of fun during my time here. It spiced up my prose in English and I picked up some dating advice myself. I was almost willing to move to their HQ in Dallas, but they must've lost my contact details cause they never asked☺
