Coordination of the Government Team in its daily work and relations with the opposition political groups, Spokesperson in debates on the different issues dealt with in the Plenary Sessions and relations with the media to convey the news and position of the Town Council with regard to the issues of relevance in the day-to-day running of Sestao. Management of the Contracting Area through the instruction, planning and administrative processing of contracts for works, supplies and services required by the different municipal delegations, as well as those others necessary for the day-to-day management of Sestao.
