Direct report to the Sales Manager🔹Identify and oversee 8 countries including South Europe - Balkan Region, UK in accordance with the business strategy🔹 Generate and develop sales opportunities with new potential and existing clients who are operating in mainly construction and building equipment’s sector🔹 Expand market share in the allocated markets🔹 Gain end-to-end understanding of the domain, market and distributors to create, implement and deliver the right solution🔹 Achieve predefined sales and profit targets🔹 Prepare annual sales plan for Key Account customers🔹 Support key accounts for introduction to new markets and products and ensure customer satisfaction and service quality🔹 Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams🔹 Participate in industrial fairs, presentations for prospective clients🔹 Improve payment terms and follow-up collection🔹 Visit customers periodically and determining customer needs🔹 Foster relation with production planning department in order to determine what to produce🔹 Analyze competitor products and prices🔹 Prepare regular reports to the management🔹 Provide guidance to the management on a variety of key account matters to drive business decision-making and ensure proper account management🔹 Liaise with Export Manager with existing major accounts to identify opportunities🔹 Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
