Charged with starting and delivering two new product lines as SaaS/PaaS offerings, Cloud-based Device Management (6+ million devices) and Demand Response (DR) based load control for Smart Energy Zigbee networks. • As a head of new platform initiatives, architected both products from ground up. Led and coordinated efforts between product management, sales, hardware, and software engineering teams spread across the globe to build and bring products to market in fast-paced, agile environments. • Defined the technology strategy and roadmap for CalAmp’s entry into Internet of Things (IoT) space. Collaborated with the senior management in defining the product roadmap. • Played a significant role in closing large multimillion-cloud subscription deals with large enterprise clients like Caterpillar (CAT) and Bobcat. Helped define the product strategy based on customer feedback.
